Mr. Cassar's slogan states; "They Can Do it Fast, but I can Save You Money". The problem is, he takes well over a month to finally get your taxes done. And that's only after you've called him repeatedly, because he did not deliver when he promised he would. He then makes a $1,600 error on my '08 taxes, which wasn't discovered until he nearly made the same error on my '09 taxes (I actually caught the error). He then promised to "stand behind his work", by not charging me to make the necessary corrections, and he promised to pay any interest or penalties I would incur. The issue is he has yet to reimburse me for the '08 interest charges, and has not yet replied to my numerous phone calls and email attempts. Once again, this is a classic case of "You Get What You Pay For".
