Help with issues at hand for my health

My family has just started going here recently. Dr. Coleman is my kid's doctor and Dr. Floyd is my husband's. I am very pleased with the staff and care that has been provided to my family. I will be a new patient very soon and that's saying a lot because I don't like doctors and have been putting off making my own appointment. Until now. Because I've seen them treat my family and others well and I feel I can trust Brookland Cayce Medical Practice. I haven't met all the staff yet, but feel that my family is in good and capable hands.

Horrible Care!! I have been going to this office since 1999 the service in patient care is grown to be the worst service I have come in contact with and I work for a hospital. They have misplaced my lab results before. The nurse hotline is useless because they don't call back. The patient perscription refill line is even worst. I have left message for the perscription refill line and NEVER got a call back. I have had to contact the office manager several times to get service/care. I have had appointment for one thing but schedule for somthing else to down the time so they can get more patients in. This is affecting the care that patients get at this office. I have came in for yearly check-ups and Dr. Kadijah Jones didn't take the time to talk with her patient. She came in checked me stepped out the room for me to get dressed and NEVER came back therefore I was unable to inform her of meds that I needed refills on. I have been in pain since 3-29-15 the scheduling office stated she didn't have and appointments. I went to Lexington Urgent Care in Irmo(Best Service/Patient Care) come to find out I have gallstones. I contact this office and talked with the nurse for an appointment to follow-up on what needs to be done or for appointment. I was told I can't get an appointment until May 15, 2015. So I am to deal with the pain that does not stop until May 15, 2015. I asked if I can get a referal to a doctor that can help me with this problem Dr. Jones nurse started yes but not until May 15, 2015. If you have every had gallstones and kedneystones you know the pain I am in. Oh, don't let me forget this I have insurance with PAI meaning private insurance that I pay for not a government insurance. Don't get me wrong not saying people with government insurance should get treated any different because they shouldn't. My meaning is I am working in blood, sweat and PAIN to pay for it and get the WORST healthcare service from this office. This office needs to be closed if left up to me before someone dies due to there lack for concern for patient care. This office is more concern about way to double book patient to get money. When a healthcare office gets like that it needs to be closed because they are in business for the wrong reason. I rate this office -5 stars but office manager is very helpful she gets the 1 star.
