I created an account specifically to write this review. I went to this place to get my bangs cut and stylist messed up completely, cutting way to much hair, resulting in uneven over exaggerated choppy looking bangs with multiple layers from all the hair grabbed. Another hair stylest noticed something wrong because she soon jumped in to try to make something out of the remains of my bangs. She spent quite some type trying to fix this and even then, a 3rd stylist had to jump in to suggest some tips- a lot of unnecessary hair was pulled forward in order to have something to work with. 3 days later I went back hoping that somebody there could show me how to style these bangs, and I nicely asked her and explained my situation. She was present the day of my visit; she had no customers and instead of actually demonstrating on my "bangs" she just gave me tips- not even the courtesy to at least actually show me. This is my own personal experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially after my 2nd visit after nicely asking for help- and receiving: nothing. Can't even style my bangs back in meanwhile because there's a layer of hairs ( about 3 inches) due to screw up in haircut. Devastation results and experience.
