Miyo Cafe

The nicest and greatest people own our little Miyo Cafe off of Happy Canyon Road in north Castle Rock, near the corner of Happy Canyon Road and Route 85. Love going there. Very good food, friendly and helpful staff, nice places to sit outside many months of the year . . . and the nicest, best owners. Nothing in life is perfect!...especially when it comes to food and all of the individual likes and dislikes we all have! :) But Donna and Gary do the best to accommodate everyone - and make it right when something isn't perfect!

Ordering takes place at the counter - so be prepared to stand in a line a bit. Meanwhile many times you will be greeted by Donna or Gary, seeing what they can do to make your wait happier.

I've ordered many things over the years. Lately I've been ordering oatmeal with fruit or scrambled egg whites, gluten-free toast (yes, they have it! Excellent brand!) - and a special quickly stir-fried mix of green peppers, mushrooms, and green chilies. Yummy!

Very thankful for our wonderful Miyo Cafe.
