The office needs a major deep cleaning! There is gunk on the exam walls, the toys in the waiting area are filthy and twice no we have gone into exam rooms where the table paper hasn't even been changed since the last patient. It doesn't feel very sterile when everything needs a good scrubbing. The lobby should also have a fun feature to get the kids excited about going there like a fish tank or something.

They are also a bit demanding with money. They insist on scheduling a follow-up appointment for a few days later if your child is sick. If you end up not needing the apt because your child is feeling better you still need to go and cough up another co-pay or get charged a cancellation fee.

If you are a busy mom like I am, this facility is great for "squeezing in" a patient who needs to be seen same day. The staff is very nice and professional. I also like that the waiting room has a area for healthy kids and an area for sick children. Always pleasant here :)
