This used to be a great place to go for medical care. Dr. Reynolds was my physician for years, and I never had a problem communicating with him. In fact, he was happy to take more than the allotted time with me whenever I needed it. He left due to frustrations with poor management and shoddy nursing staff. I personally experienced quite a bit of dissatisfaction with the front office. They just seem to move at the pace of snails. I was holding on for one reason and that was Dr. Reynolds. I had a couple of visits with a PA and an LPN there but really did not "gel" with either one. So now I've moved on to find a better fit for me.



Expect to wait at least 45 minutes to be seen.

Expect that they will lose or claim they never got your refill requests from your pharmacy.

Expect that it will take days before you get a return call.
