I was planning a party for my daughter and saw a Living Social add for a bounce house. I read through the add and since I was not in their standard range I called as requested. I spoke with a ostensibly nice woman with a Caribbean accent and she checked on it for me. After a few minutes she came back to say she could do it but due to the distance it would be an additional $30 I agreed. I was told I'd get a call the week of the party to confirm.



Fast forward to the week of the party I get a call 3 days prior to say they would not be able to provide the service. (Did I mention the person that called also had a Caribbean accent) I was told they did not know who set this up but it was not going to work. They said I was outside their service area. I reminded them that we'd already had this conversation and that was the reason for the surcharge. I was told it "wasn't worth the money to provide the bounce house to us". Super unprofessional I've had a hard time finding places online to post this review so I guess that should have told me something.
