        Overall

        I would simply recommend if you buy an RV from this place that you do your due diligence on your purchase. We were novices - first time RV buyers, knowing very little about RVs, let alone what to look for in used ones. Therefore, we liked what these folks said about how they inspect them and make sure everything works, etcetera. They told us also that our RV had just had a new seal installed around the slideout, which also gave us some confidence. Well, within a few uses, we discovered that there was a totally rotten board in the header of the slideout. The new seal would have had to have been attached to this rotten board, so how could that have been missed? When we took it back to see if they would repair it, they totally stood by their As-Is contract and would not even work with us to even possibly split the cost of the repair, which we felt might be reasonable. Didn't work with us at all. Now we have an RV that needs $3-4 K of repairs that we paid 9K for. We won't be going back here for any more deals. Most reputable places (like Camping World for instance) have you sign the As-Is, but if it comes back with something that reflects on them, will work with you to make it right. Consignment RV has lost all of our future business. Very disappointing.
