Called us for service today. Called back and the lady asked for $55/hour rate which is BS and she also lied to me saying she has an account with us with I asked to credit check her. Very grateful I checked their number before calling them back. Thanks everyone for the reviews.

Seems like these guys never pay (as per reviews) and get free service. A-holes like them should never get service from us.

WE also complete several service calls totaling over 1400.00. As with others they didn't pay despite certified mail and multiple phone calls. We even had our layer try to contact them but it appears they flew the coupe. Worst project management company ever. BTW our work was circuit upgrades for the military recruiting offices.

DO NOT DO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS! We unfortunately did not see these reviews before doing work for Telecommunications Solutions - being told "the check is in the mail" but not receiving anything. Companies like this make it hard to trust subcontractors! There should be a less than one star rating for rip offs like this!

Our company did business with Telecommunication Solutions at the beginning of December. It is now March and we have never seen a payment from them. They have used so many excuses that I have literally lost count. Judy has told me she has sent checks, but we have never seen them. I actually did wrote a blog regarding this particular company. You can see on our website. Do not do ANY business with this company. The women are not honest. With all of these negative reviews, I am amazed they are still in business.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We subcontracted 3 jobs for them in March 2013 and I have literally had to call every single day and harass Judy Brinkley to pay us. I have threatened small claims suits along with contacting her customers directly for payment. Which I actually have done and it has been rather helpful. Not that the actual customer will pay you but it stirs the pot enough to get some resolution to getting paid. It also lets the companies that hired them not to use them again. Our company was the 4th company to receive the work order and we actually did the work. We did not sub it out any further. JUST FYI: in response to other posts, these are not Judy's customers, she is simply receiving the tickets from larger companies and subbing them out. Don't give up on trying to get paid, keep after them and there customers. Any Starbucks jobs went through a company called WJ Global. Davey Tree Jobs went through ConnectUSA. Hope this is helpful. Keep posting, This lady does not deserve to be in business.

avoid this company. Did not pay us for service call to their customer site in April and it is now October! They do not offer any service that I know of with their own staff, job it out to others and then do not pay.



Will find other means to post similar reviews.

MY RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT WORK FOR THESE LYING DEADBEATS. I don't understand how they get the contracts that they do from the likes of McDonald's or AT&T. We did a bunch of work for these people over the last few years. We received some checks but they kept taking longer and longer to pay, then stopped paying at all when we finally put them on credit hold. Their other trick is to claim the tech wasn't onsite for the amount of time we billed, so when they finally did pay, it was often less than the amount we billed.

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS, BUT THAT'S NOT AN OPTION ON THIS BOARD!



Like everyone else posting here, I'm having collection problems with this psuedo-company. Two invoices outstanding since 09-2012. They appear to not respond to certified mail, either (although, in fairness, I think the time on the certified letter has not yet quite expired; several days may remain).



Even with the outstanding invoices, they've had the nerve to call and request additional services...not gonna happen!



These people need to be run out of the business, which I'm sure is happening as I write this.



I'm pursuing filing liens against the mall owner and the major retail chain where my materials were installed. Perhaps corporate legal departments breathing down their fronts while we're on they're backs can get some results.

I wish I had seen these reviews before performing work for Telecommunication Solutions. I performed a job in December 2012 and was told it would be paid net 45. Like other posters here I have been told "I'm looking into it" and also "the payment is being processed today" but I have not received a check yet - it has been over two months. I am going directly to the GA Department of Labor to file a complaint, hopefully I will get paid. I suggest others here do the same. Maybe my check will come in the next couple of days, if so I will re-post.

This company installs nothing, they sub out to local companies and them stiff them when the bill comes. Did a job 10/12 and still have yet to receive payment from them and materials came out of our pocket not theirs. DO NOT work for them you will never get paid. There response to everything is we will look into it. How many techs can they cheat before they get shut down.

These folks contracted our company back in September 2012 and have yet been paid for work performed as of 01/15/2013... Every time our A/R person calls for an update there is an excuse... "I'm working alone today.... the A/P person is out sick... our relative is dying.... oh I'll have to check into it as it should've been paid by now..." -- Judy Brinkley is the owner and will never claim responsibility and only insists its being processed. It's too bad we found these reviews after agreeing to work a service call on their behalf. It's a shame this company portrays themselves as a very reputable business, yet they engage in bad business practices.

I just received a call from them to do some work nearby. I was in a doctor and could not respond for close to 2 hours, when I called back the lady rudely said they have a tech already. After reading these reviews maybe it was a blessing in disguise.

I'd give a rating of 0 stars if that were possible. I've been trying to get payment for 16 months now. I've sent monthly statements and made numerous phone calls but no luck. Do not do work for this company, they do not pay their vendors. But, I bet they get paid by the customer!
