We purchased our zero turn lawn mower last spring and never had a problem until this year. We decided to send it in to get it services for the upcoming season and we can't seem to get our mower back!! They've had it for about three weeks and have promised on several occasions to deliver it but never show up. I sat home all day waiting on it and they never showed. They were supposed to bring it today and never showed!! We are beginning to loose our patience. Next time we will call someone else. No more business with Taylor's for Us. What a huge disappointment. It's also way over priced.... Over $200 for service!

Save yourself a lot of trouble and go somewhere else. They told me it would take a week to get my mower back and after about 10 calls and 4 weeks later they tell me they made a mistake and need to order more parts which means they need to keep the mower 1-2 more weeks. It's a long story that consists of a lot of run around from the employees at Taylor Farm. They give terrible customer service and act like they could even care less about their customers.
