Raintree Properties

If I could give these jerks no stars I would. Gave me the runaround on a commercial property for a week then called me in to meet with the owner. The owner walked in, looked at me, then never returned. Completely unprofessional. Refused to rent property to me. Wasted my time. I am more than qualified to lease ANY commercial property. Maybe it was my beard. Who knows?

This place is horrible! They expect you to pay for ALL repairs that need to be done to the home that you rent not just the small things but things like the a/c ,roof or anything else. The owner is a complete jerk! I would not waste any money on an application fee with these people unless you want to be the one fixing up all of there homes! These people should not be allowed to rent property anywhere. If your properties were not so run down you would be able to rent them for the high prices that you are wanting.
