Fast Food Restaurants in Cartersville, GA

This is by far the worse Chick-fil-a we've ever eaten at. This place was nasty,the bathrooms were as bad as a truck stop bath room. They got our order wrong and then the food we got was terrible,it was cold and not very well cooked. Whoever owns this location needs to step up their game like the one in Calhoun because they are on point there.

Worse Chick-Fil-A experience ever. Ordered a number 1, bit into my sandwich and it was raw in the middle!!! Then when I brought this to the managers attention, he acted very arrogant about how there was no way this sandwich in my hand came from their kitchen. Mind you I ordered inside, ate inside, and walked right back to the counter... I suggest you send this kitchen manager back to school, Jason is what another employee told me his name was... because he had no name tag on. Will be driving down 41 to hit Acworth anytime I want one now.

Horrible service. We tried to eat here on the 4th of July weekend, we were told that it would be 15 min for krystals and that they had no chili for any of the other items. Tried again today 7/15/17 waited inside for 10 min to get our order taken. Management is clueless and employees do not care. Also our order was wrong. This place needs major training and new employees.

Where do I even start,we went inside and the staff behind the counter were cursing and using profanity so bad that I made my children go over to the table,the food was disgusting. The buns were not steamed and we're hard,there was so much mustard that it took your breath away,the fries were soggy and cold and my kids ordered strawberry sundaes and we're told they had no spoons or forks,I mean really people. If you want Krystal,Do Not Go To This One!!!!!

The food at this establishment was horrible!!!!They served us chili Dogs on a hot dog paper and didn't offer a fork and didn't have any,I don't know about the rest of you but I really don't like to use my hands while eating a piping hot chili dog and the waitress was more concerned with flirting with all the men in there than refilling our drinks,and we waited forever then got back to work and took our lids off the cups to eat the ice and there were bugs in our ice,we were totally disgusted. Will not be going back!!

on 9/9/2016 went to krystal at 8.30pm to get something eat I was told I would have to wait for 15m 20m for my meal

RUDE STAFF!!! My son played a late game with a rain delay at LakePoint sports complex and we tried going through drive through, bunch of workers out back started laughing, said we're closed and shut the door.....your 24 hours lazy asses!!! LakePoint needs better food places with better staff!!!!

Stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast, used drive thru. Just not up to par. We had a store bogo coupon for breakfast platters. So my sister ordered what she thought was with pancakes. But after a seven minute drive back to house and she didn't look at order because she seen the butter and syrup. But there were NO PANCAKES!! So I called and was told they had two platters one with or without them, whoever answered the phone was distracted talking to other people but still help me with my compliant. So after another 7 minute drive back to McD's and waiting in drive thru they gave us the pancakes. So now we have cold eggs and sausage and biscuits and hash browns. So why didn't they just replace the whole order??? You could not even read the receipt to see who was at fault. And they want you to do a survey but this is the 4th or 5th receipt without legible reading we have gotten in the past week. Get it together people! These days their food quantity is getting smaller portion's and bigger cost. No more 2 for 1.00 hash browns. Not happy with McDonald's which is our go to place daily for quick meal. Not anymore. Huge disappointment. We are getting a Hardee's soon. So maybe pork chop biscuit will be our next in a hurry go to eatery. But I gave them a 3 star review because they at least gave us hot hotcakes.

This place is so slow that a couple of the dead chickens came back to life while I was waiting on my order. So I just brought the live chicken home with me and made a pet out of it .I take it by Churchs and it gets real quite now.

OMG, just had the new smothered burrito. Fabulous!!!! My new favorite. TB, I didnt think it was possible, but you have outdone youfself!
