I really recommend Security Public Storage for your storage needs & they truly honestly care about their customers needs & they make sure they fit you with what you can afford financially.

I have been using this facility over a year now... during that time i have had a possible break (by a recent ex) in which they handled immediately taking extra measure to double lock and secure my unit and offered to press charges. Another time i had been to my unit and did not slide my lock all the way over which alerted the office, again they promptly contacted me n let me know I needed to come in to secure my unit or they could secure it for a lock fee... Other than my own mishaps which they handled wonderfully, they have provided excellent customer Service anytime I've called. Irma is always polite and efficient, and in a pinch has taken a courtesy Credit card payment from me while I set up my auto pay... What can I say... no complaints at all here!!!

Of all the storage facilities I've used over the last forty years in the Reno/Sparks area, this one is by far the best for security, access and excellent customer service. The management is always great to work with. It's a very clean facility, always feels safe and secure. The hours of operation are generous also. I would highly recommend this facility!

This place is amazing and the staff is so friendly. Great prices and great location just off hwy 80 and close to great food....after you work up and appetite moving all you s*#+ you can enjoy some food.
