Needs Re-Training for employees

Employees at the Red Ribbon Bakeshop Carson Branch needs to be re-train.The cashier clerk don't even greet and smile to customers.They should know on how to deal with customers. Should show some respect and be courteous enough to accept mistakes. Asking an apology or just saying "Sorry" is not hard. Even if the business establishment has the right to refuse service from anyone, customers also has the right to be treated right. Higher positions like Manager should know how to ask an apology with what her/his clerk did. Not tolerating or being on her/his clerk side."DO YOUR JOB PEOPLE"!!!! You will continue to lose customers even if you cater good food but bad service. Treat customers equally regardless of age or race.

Employees, INCLUDING Manager, at Red Ribbon Bakeshop Carson are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL & HUGE HUGE HUGE HYPOCRITS!!!...

It's a Filipino Bakeshop = = = you come there, you're a Filipino, they won't respect you the way they respect other races who come there. No 'service with a smile', no manners, no acceptance of mistakes in taking orders..

I ordered a meal for 'dine-in', it was given to me as 'take out' - - - I corrected it, and the answer was "Well, I didn't hear it"...WHAT?!?!?!....OKAY,,,,,for other places, they will tell you "oh, I apologize for the mistake"...but as for RED RIBBON BAKESHOP CARSON, their means of correcting a mistake is red-flagging their defense mechanism and put the blame on the customer...aint that something, ei...

Recommendation = = = driving to a different location of Red Ribbon will be worth the drive rather than having yourself fume due to their sarcastic attitude and rudeness in service ===
