        Can't get Carson off my mind!!!!!

        Had to visit Carson, CA for work in April of 2010 and needed to grab a bite before heading back to LAX. Found a mailout for these guys so me and my fellow travelers dropped by on the way out of town. That was almost 3 months ago... I think about that gumbo every day!!! I'm a native Louisian, this is the real deal! Wish these people had a website or better yet, a second location in Dallas!!
