The customers service at this business is horrible, the manager Nelson shouted at me asking that I never call the shop again, when all I had inquired was a timeframe that I could expect the technician to arrive. Every aspect of this business that I have experienced is very disappointing. I ultimately did. It allow the repair to take place, but I think it is safe to assume the quality of their service would be just as poor.
