Take 5 Car Wash

Attendants are RUDE!!! Washed my car yesterday, but didn't have time to vacuum! Came back today to finish, and was told "no wash, no vacuum"! When I tried to show him my receipt that I had washed my car, he told me to "GO!"..."no vacuum!" When I tried to call # on their website to talk to a manager, it was a fax machine!! I have washed my car here every week for a year! Their sign specially says "Always free vacuum"!!! Good customer service is key to business, and they lost a customer today! They are not the only car wash in town.....I'll find somewhere else to spend my money!

NEVER GO HERE! THE OLD MAN DOING INSPECTIONS IS DISRESPECTFUL CALLED ME A B-I-T-C-H ALL BECAUSE I WAS NOT AWARE OF WHERE TO PARK MY CAR. HE TOLD ME I COULDNT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. I TOLD HIM NO WHERE DOES IT SAY WHERE I HAVE TO PARK. HE WAS RUDE TORE UP MY PROOF OF INSURANCE KEPT DOWNGRADING ME WHEN ALL I WANTED WAS MY INSPECTION. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLY! I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR AND HE SAID HE WAS THE SUPERVISOR! I CANT BELIEVE SOMEONE LIKE HIM WOULD BE IN CHARGE!!! AS I WAS LEAVING HE SAID TAKE A PIC OF THIS AND FLIPPED ME OFF! WHO RUNS A BUSINESS LIKE THIS! I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE OFFICE AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! THIS OLD MAN NEEDS TO RETIRE AND NEVER WORK ANYWHERE WITH HIS HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. THE GOOD THING IS PEOPLE WHO WALKED IN BEHIND ME WALKED OUT WITH ME AND WE WENT ACROSS THE ROAD TO INSPECT OUR CARS. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY BUSINESS IN TOWN AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO MAKE SURE NO ONE IS EVER TREATED LIKE THIS. OLD MAN U NEED TO RETIRE AND NEVER TALK TO ANY ONE AGAIN! YOU ARE HORRIBLE AND HAVE NO SKILLS AT ALL! I HOPE I CAN GET A HOLD OF THE OWNER EVEN IF I HAVE TO GO THERE AGAIN! NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR!

I bought a month long car wash package @ this business. I was charged for the 1 month deal. At no time was I told that In & Out Car Wash would set it up to reoccurring charge my Debit Card. On 4 separate times I was denied access to the services I already purchased. The management there acted like they were doing me a favor by letting me be their "customer"! I finally told the main manager I would NEVER use their business again and I wanted a refund. He said we'll close your account and issue you a credit. They shut off my PIN even though I had 11 days left till the end of what I had ALREADY PAID FOR. Then Tibet ACH DEBITED (stole) another months service car wash from my account! They ARE INCORIGBLE THIEVES!!
