        Overall

        I try to call the local Carrollton #, but I am always connected to San Antonio who then wants all of my info again so they can call and set up an appt. which never happened twice. By accident, I finally was connected to the local office and set up service. No followup from them, but when I call in, I have to talk to San Antonio again. Vicious cycle. Not a good way to do business.
