I brought my iPad in to have the battery replaced. It took them a WEEK to get the work completed. They BROKE my screen while replacing the battery and acted as though they were doing me a favor by replacing the screen they BROKE. When I went to pick it up, the iPad case I had on there was MISSING. I was told it was at their other location, I assume for sale. It took them 2 days to get it back to me. A few weeks later the screen is not responding to my touch, so I bring it back to them. They question me and insinuate that it is my doing. Eventually they agree to repair the issue as a "courtesy." I pick it up next day and immediately notice there are issues with the screen display LCD. I spoke directly to the owner about the issue and his exact words were, "I've never seen anything like this in 3 years, I don't know what's wrong with it. I'm tired of going out of my way to fix your issues. Honestly, I'd like to refund you your money and be done with you." He proceeded to tell me that replacing the screen they broke and fixing the unresponsive screen they put on was above and beyond his normal protocol. His defense was, "We're NOT RESPONSIBLE for damages that occur while repairing your device." He happily offered to fix it for $80. I guess this is how they get more business, by screwing the customer.

WARNING BEWARE! Fix Fonez Fast, They sell stolen cell phones. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 for T-Mobile, 6 weeks after purchasing the phone from Fix Fonez Fast I was unable to make calls. I called T-Mobile, they told me the phone was stolen and they have blocked the ESN number on T-Mobile network. I called Fix Fonez Fast, they told me wait a week and they would take care of it. nothing. I called a couple of time and get more lies and stories.
