Be carefull that the sales person is fully trained. I switched my credit card processing to this company who offered a lower rate. As soon as they reprogramed my terminals I found out I could no longer transact business in my normal fashion, which is store and foreward. My sales guy was fully briefed on my current methods and terminals. Now I'm told I need to buy new terminals to be PCI compliant, and even then the max. transaction thier bank will allow is $100 for store & foreward. Now I've got techs. in the field that can't process and I have to either go back to my old processor or someone else.
