I wouldn't even give them 1 star but had too. Don't bother trying to use them they make promises they don't even remember making. Had them come to my Aunt's house who was placed in a nursing home to look at some of the stuff that was left. Was told they would be back in the middle of August to sort the belongings and take what they thought they could sell. After not hearing from them I called just to follow up and they don't even remember coming to look at the things to begin with and wanted to schedule another time to come look at it again. That would be ok if I lived there but I don't. They don't even know what they promised or even meeting with me the first time. save yourself the headache and don't bother.
