3 of 3 appointments were delayed by Dr. Watts; the last appointment the doctor went on vacation and the staff failed to cancel his appointments. Dr. Watts never touched my daughter's broken ankle and the only communication was from him speaking to us from the hallway. The staff bullies patients by speaking very loudly about their bill and talking to them as if they were dumb. The staff carries on personal conversations way too much. That was just what was observed during my 3 visits- so this behavior must happen on a daily basis. Drive to Newnan or D'ville.
