Little Caesars Pizza

We ordered pizza online through the app, paid for it and everything. Minutes later we get a call that the store didn't have any boxes and couldn't make our pizza. When we asked for a refund, they told us no one was authorized to give one and we had to wait until the next day for a manager. I just wanted my money back so I could go get something else to feed my kids. After contacting a manager, they told us they put the money back on the card and could take several days to go through. Someone dropped the ball big time. Not going back for a good while. Very upset. And to top it off I had seen a delivery truck in town earlier in the day....
