Tadich Sales Recruiters

As a sales person I understand the opportunity to serve others within business is one af the greatest rewards.The other great reward is the compensation for your valiant efforts. This agency misses the mark. Always qualify your leads and go with your gut. I ventured into the Tadich office on the notion a a reent application oonly to be met with unprofessionalism and shotty interigation techniques. It was good practice on how to negotiate price with someone who does not know what product you are representing is truely worth.

I have never been in a confrontational postiion with a sales recruiter until today. It was absolutely surreal. I was told to lower my expectations and that I would never earn what I earned at my last job. It was at that moment that I should have walked out.



Do a service for yourself. Investigate the service, qualify the lead and make the decision if it is worth your time. I know that it wasn't worth mine.

I was contacted by Tadich in response to a resume that I submitted and they wanted to complete a follow-up interview. Upon my arrival i was met with an office circa 1960's. Offices contained no computers, smartphones and the office phone was eerily silent my entire time. The owner was casually dressed and the phone was silent.



I spent a good part of an hour talking with the owner but not on the job for which I applied. The owner repeatedly kept asking me to lower my salary/bonus structure. When asked about their corporate relations they were entirely very small company connected. The conversation ended with him emphatically requesting that I provide weekly updates. Like most sales, nothing ventured nothing gained, but this recruiter is a dead end.



In good faith I did provide phone calls in but he is rarely there (he does not like email) but no updates. Bottom line this guy is ready to retire and is only working with the slam dunk opportunities that fall in his lap. His network is very small and I would not put a lot of faith in him working to place you.

Tadich Sales Recruiters called me in response to a submitted resume. They did not identify who they were, what they do, and most importantly did not communicate any details of the position. As a seasoned sales pro I qualify every lead and this lead did not qualify. Seems to be a quantity not quality operation trying to heard people around. I seldom write reviews, but, was moved enough by my experience to try and help others. Happy Hunting!
