        Absolutely the worst auto service experience of my life. DO NOT take your vehicle here. They will replace parts that have never been tested, charge more than list price for parts and lie to you about troubleshooting problem. They're all about ripping you and your warranty company off!!!!!!

        I love tate branch in Carlsbad. They sales women who helped me was so friendly, and the people in the service department are so helpful and the did everything that needed to get done. Parts department is the same they called me when all the extra accessories came in.

        Don't bother calling to talk to someone in their service department. They don't bother to answer their phone transfers or pages. They also won't call back if you leave a message.
