Carleton Branch Library

This library is not ran by the "staff", it is ran by the teenagers who make it a hang out. It is not quiet, nor do they respect the needs of those who actually want a quiet place to study. I would not pay taxes towards this library if given the option. I am now looking at going out of my way to use a library not with-in walking distance. I live in Carleton.
