Canyon City Animal Control

I am an Active Duty Service Member who has been overseas for 4 years. I have been back in the states for 2 weeks now. My little sister was having car problems so I took her car to the mechanic while she was at school and on my way back home I get pulled over by canyon highway patrol, I was driving 10 miles under the speed limit due to car problems. The officer pointed out that the car inspection has just expired and wrote me a citation. I immediate took the car and got the inspection sticker. I then go to the canyon municipal court and asked the clerks at the window if I can see the judge and/or just pay the ticket now. They refused to provide any service because it was to soon and officer hadn't turned in the ticket yet. My leave is up on Dec 3 and now I have to go back overseas. I explained the situation pleaded with them to let me pay the ticket, I had the citation the officer wrote me and I asked to at least speak with the judge. By not providing any assistance to me they have affected my mission and state of mind while I am overseas. It feels good coming back home and knowing that our veterans are being taken care of.
