        The person that runs this business is gruff around the edges but is very concerned about animals and can be nice

        I'm shocked by the rudeness of...

        I'm shocked by the rudeness of the person I just spoke to on the phone from this business. I call to ask for information on availabilty and pricing and when I told the lady I'd call back later (obviously I want to call around to compare prices), she just hung up on me!! Very Rude and certainly will not be using Paws is Us for my dog.
