Crews Heating & Cooling

they came out & fixed my ac. the charge was $130 & was paid in cash, but after they left I noticed the receipt was for $70... I have made 3 calls & they promise to send the correct receipt, but do not do it.... this type of customer support is unacceptable, I will never use or recommend Crews to anyone, BEWARE!!!!

When a contractor won't call you back, that's never good. This one falls into that category. Promises the world, doesn't deliver. Had a no heat call about a year after a furnace was installed, never returned my call. I had to hire another contractor to come out to fix it. Turns out the drain was installed incorrectly, causing the furnace to shut down. Should have been a warranty call, but what's the point if they don't call you back? Avoid this company.
