Been a patient about 10 years, love him and his staff, office is incredibly lovely as well.

Really nice to go to the dentist and be greeted by name when you hit the door, and to be seen almost immediately and not have to wait. Like the staff and the location is convenient---also like being able to get an appt. in at 7:30 and be to work on time.

I have a mentally and physically-challenged child who was very anxious and Dr. B and his staff were EXTREMELY patient and kind---the first time I've experienced true compassion after seeing several dentists who had none. They also donated an item to a fundraiser I was working on and were very generous. I love these kind people!

As a new patient I was pretty anxious about setting up an appointment. The staff at Dr. Balloon's office was very chatty and willing to help fit my schedule (a 7:30 AM appt.) The hygienists were very understanding of my insecurities about my teeth and dental cleanings in general. I was very happy to find that I didn't have to get my teeth scraped and instead they could use a water jet machine which was much more gentle. Dr. Balloon was a nice enough gentleman and he made me feel more relaxed about scheduling filings. Overall it was a much more pleasant experience than I had hoped it would be.

About three months ago I had a very serious tooth ache (sharp pain, unable to stand hot, cold or anything!) I called to schedule an appointment after being kept up all night and I was really glad they were able to get me in the same day. This was after I had already called several other offices in the area. At my appointment I immediately met Dr. Balloon (no wait time) and he took x-rays, diagnosed my tooth as having infection, gave me anti-biotics and a referral to a root-canal dentist. She took very good care of me and sent me back to Dr. Balloon where he made me a porcelain crown that matched my natural tooth color. I feel like he really helped me out in an awful situation. I very grateful for him and his staff.

I have been a patient for over 20 years and Dr. Balloon has got to be the best in the Stark county area!
