SAME PHONE NUMBER 770-479-0021 FOR SILENT PARTNER---Dishonest, disreputable, unprofessional, unreliable - Tim McWhirter lied 100% to me, my husband and my best friend about fees, services (never provided) and kept my $5000.00 after promising my husband on the phone over a week ago that he would refund my remaining retainer of $3500.00 and yesterday he lied to my husband and best friend (both witnesses to everything he told us originally) and said he owed us nothing. We will be seeking legal action as I warned him if the $3500.00 is not refunded by Sat. 2/25/12.
