Jerry Ramsey - State Farm Insurance Agent

Terrible service. State Farm is now charging too much, changing policies and taking away multi line discounts in North Carolina. I have been with State Farm for nearly 20 years and have now switched because of the lack of customer service in my policies. Specifically with this branch, Tracy is rude and not helpful. She would not even look at me the last time I came in to clear up charges to my bank account after cancelling my insurance. She made Angie do all the work and when Angie asked a question, Tracy would just answer it without turning around and speaking in a monotone voice that said she didn't care. I am sick of people thinking that they don't have to provide good service, even if the circumstances are beyond the local agents control. I will not do business here and encourage people to demand a higher grade of service from their representatives. I felt like she thought I was a nuisance although I've been nothing but nice even though frustrated.
