Used this road service to replace a brake chamber on my truck, the mechanic came out and replaced the chamber. The problems began when the truck had an airleak after he completed the repair, it was found to be an airline he left loose on chamber. Then the brake would not release, had to call them back out, he had the airlines hooked up wrong. After all this and about 4 hrs. I left and continued on my run, stopping in Jackson Tn for the night, upon performing a post trip insp. of my truck, I saw that the chamber he had put on my truck, had fallen off the truck and was hanging by the airlines. Had to call out another service company to repair the truck again. Found at that time that the mechanic had installed the wrong clevis on the chamber, and had not connected it at all. He had cut the rod to short, thus rendering the chamber useless!! This company charged me $277.11 for this repair, and now that I am out an additional $302.00, are refusing to make it right. Veryy rude on the phone, cannot ever get in touch with the owner. Would NEVER recomend this company to anyone!!
