Once Upon A Tyme

There are many watch repair places that claim to be experts in restoring antique pocket watches,but they are hacks. Once upon a tyme is no exception, they are hacks too. Very dissatisfied with workmanship, very poor and sloppy. Lack of effort and knowledge. Charge customer for work that was not done at all. These people are FAKES.
If you do have a real antique pocket watch and want it restored the right way, take it to a REAL watchmaker.(prefer swiss trained)It will cost more but it will be done RIGHT; and it's worth it.If you want your watch screwed around with by hacks, take it to once upon a tyme. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
This goes to show you that just because someone belongs to a horological society, it DOES NOT mean that they know how to work on watches. AVOID!

I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY TIME PIECES REPAIRED WITH SUSAN AT ONCE UPAON A TYME FOR YEARS NOW, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS AT ALL, THEY GIVE ME GREAT SERVICE AND WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER (NO PUN INTENEDED). AS FOR UNRULEY CUSTOMERS SUCH AS THE PREVIOUS RATING HE IS PROBABLY ONE OF THOS CUSTOMERS THAT IS HARD TO PLEASE AND SPENDS HIS TIME TRYING TO GET OVER.



ON THTA NOTE ONCE UPON A TYME IS THE BEST AND THEY DO THE BEST WORK, BUT THAT CUSTOMER IS CRAZY AND I FEEL LIKE BUSINESSES SHOULD WATCH OUT FOR CUSTOMERS LIKE HIM.
