        Overall

        Poor management. I brought in a legitimate 15% discount coupon sent to me via the staples.com web site a week earlier and the manager refused to honor it. There was no expiration date on the coupon and was just flatly told it was not good. No other expiation. This reflects poor management at Stapes all the way from local stores and up through Corporate.
