Quench Quench

I have had Quench before at 2 of their locations in the city and they were just fine. Whom ever is running the Calumet City location should be ashamed of themselves for numerous reasons. 1) bigger is not always better: the burgers are huge, but sloppy and flavorless. so unfair to do to ground turkey, an almost fool proof meat, but alast, they messed it up. 2) fresh cut fries were horrible: tasted like they cut up old potatoes and fried them. they were a dry, shriveled mess. 3) Price too high: if ur going to feed crap to people, altleast price it as such. My husband and I had a burger and fries each and that came to $16! Soo sad :( The only thing good about the burger was the bun. Its a buttery wheat, and it was the highlight of the entire meal. Sorry I had to post this, but I hope it leads to improvements in the quality and taste of Quench's food in Calumet City.
