O'Reilly Auto Parts

I shop here frequently and have always enjoyed buying my parts here. The staff has always been helpful and they almost always have the items I need in stock! I prefer to shop here over Advance and Autozone.

I was in this store a few days ago and saw a female employee call out a young man in front of several customers. I remember this from being a supervisor, you never do that to an employee in front of people, perhaps you should speak with her, in front of other customers so she knows how that feels, she wont forget it. The young man was visibly effected , in a negative way. Its been my experience that if you treat an employee as though he or she is doing a great job, Nine times out of ten they will do a great job. you don't kill their spirit, you encourage them. It is embarreassing to the customer's as well.
