J&C Floor Installation Laminate & Hardwood

Terrible company, experienced these folks first hand as Boise Lowe's uses this third party company to install their laminate flooring. After receiving a quote to install flooring, I removed my old laminate flooring / base boards. Caesar from J&C flooring decided to tell me AFTER the fact that the installation will be weeks out. Due to this we agreed to have the floors installed on a weekend (7/27/14) Sunday at 9 AM. Caesar had his phone turned off all morning and showed up at 10 AM. When here my wife told him to please hurry as we have multiple appliances showing up later that day. Caesar stated he was doing us a favor and will not be installing our flooring and decided to leave. At this point I will be hiring a professional installer. Save yourself the headache and hassle of waiting weeks to be told you are being done a "favor" after showing up late!
