Overall

Well, I'm back for an even BETTER story than my last. It starts with me buying a PSVita. I was looking all around central AR to see if anyone was selling used or new PSVita memory cards. I thought that I would stop by Stage 2 Games, just to let them redeem themselves. When I walk in, I ask if they have any memory cards, I get the same answer that I've been getting everywhere else, "It's so new, that no one has been trading in anything fromPSVita yet". Firstly, if this was true, then explain why you have Vita game there used for sell. Also, since I only had one Vita game at the time, I took a gander at the used Vita games they had for sell. They were, (and probably still are) trying to sell USED Vitagames for $10 more than what Wal-Mart is selling for NEW. WHY WOULD I BUY IT USED FOR $10 FOR THAN NEW?! When I asked him the reasoning for this, he told me, "so that we can keep up with GameStop's prices". YOU ARE THE ONLY GAME STORE IN CABOT, YOU TWIT!!! Still hoping that they can redeem themselves, I look around to see if they have any old Original XBox or PS2 games that might catch my fancy. Then, glory behold, I found that they had, "The Suffering"! Now, since I have been buying over buffed games that either refused to work properly or just to work at all, I was a bit cautious. I first asked him if it was backwards compatible with XBox 360, he tells me, "our web source says yes, but there are a few issue with the save data utility in game". I think, that's fine, I have an Original XBox anyway, no big deal. Then I tell him about the last game I bought, (which is in my first review of Stage 2 Games) and ask him if he could pop the game in real quick to see if it will read properly. He then tells me, "well, since you've had such bad luck with us in the past, why should I even bother? You can buy it as is, or not". I was stunned with the rude remark that he gave me, so I just told him, "well then, I'm just going to take my money elsewhere". Now I'm not saying that the store doesn't have SOME good deals, I DO like the fact that they have a large selection of older console games, but on the game that are popular, (old and new) they just bend you over backwards on the pricing. On top of that, they have no courtesy towards their customers. I have heard a million other people complain about the customer service there, and all of them tell me the same thing, "that they aren't even worth giving a bad review" they just don't go there anymore.

Ive been going to this games store for years. I've never once had a problem. They give way more for thier trade ins than gamestop will. They give even more if its a good recent title. Every game has the 24 hour warranty. I always buy my classic games from here because they have the widest selection. For newer console, they always have the newest releases on release day, but hurry and get them, cuz many times people buy them all up.

djiin23 is most likely someone that works for stage 2. When I went to trade there once, they only gave me $9 for 3 XBox 360 titles. When I went to check around, the only game that I could find worth $9 was on original XBox title. When I asked if the game was backwards compatible, I was just waiting for the clerk to tell me that there would be a charge for that information. The only time I ever return to this store, is when I feel like buying. I never do trades there anymore. Also, there was one time when I bought a game there that I was looking for, for about a decade. As soon as he got the game from behind the shelf, he immediately began to buff it, even though I never asked him to. I was so excited that I brought it home and just popped it in. The game didn't work. I checked the back of the game, and there were buffing marks, meaning the game was over buffed. Anyway, they have warranties on most games, (yes this one was one of them) and a store policy that states, "If you beat it in one day, or just plain don't like, it, return it within 24 hours and get your money back. First off, I told him that the game had been buffed too many times, and that it shouldn't be put back on the shelf. Then he tries to argue with me about it and wants to check the game for himself. He just ends up finding out in just a few short minutes that it doesn't work. Then after all that, he buffs the game AGAIN and puts it right back on the shelf. Way to go Stage 2.

Overall
Best place for games

The store owner has been in the gaming industry for around 10 yrs. He always has the good stuff and is very fair for trade-ins or store credit. Has or can get almost anything out there, new and old. Beats gamestop and the others
