Mid State RV Center

We drove 125 miles to Mid State RV and are so happy we did.

The most laid back, no game playing transactions we've ever had.

Keith Kittle is simply just wonderful. We arrived Friday and met Keith. He actually LISTENED to us. We then headed to a 2017 unit that was PERFECT. Keith gave us alone to look the RV over and talk.

We went back to the office to crunch the numbers. He put all the numbers on a printout, gave us a brochure giving us more info about the unit we saw.

Another "low-key" moment, Keith said that if we had questions or wanted to move forward to call him, that he would NOT call us and hound us.

We'd seen a few other models and floor plans online, Mid State didn't carry, and wanted to compare. We went to a competitor across the highway.

The difference was night and day. We were met by a "Gotta close the deal NOW NOW NOW NOW" kind of guy that had no idea what he had in inventory, he just wanted to sell us something, anything, even if it was the wrong RV for us. We left there knowing that when we ready to buy we would be going back to KEITH KITTLE.

I did some number crunching that night, Keith's numbers were solid. We went back the next day and I made a counter office slightly less than the number we left with on Friday. Keith took it to the powers that be and came back within 60 seconds and put it ALL together. NO GAMES. Keith handed us off to the most open/efficient finance guy we've dealt with -Michael Morris. He explained our options, and didn't balk when we accepted the Extended warranty but Declined the GAP coverage.

He put together a the finishing touches on good deal, and said he'd follow up with a credit union on Monday. I am a member there and Mid State works with them. Michael would continue to work for the best possible deal that fit the customers needs.

If you are within 250-300 miles of Mid State RV, go talk to Keith Kittle, then go shop the competition. Like us, you'll be back and leave a VERY happy customer.

We purchased a 2012 Coachman Freedom Express from this dealer and had a Dometic refrigerator fail. This dealer was of no assistance whatsoever. There is little or no customer service and their warranty department is uncooperative and unwilling to assist you other than directing you to call Dometic. The only way we resolved this issue was dealing with Coachman. Any problems you may have after purchasing are you problems, don't expect Mid-State RV to care.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They lie, and treat people like crap. My father and mother were there and when we told them the RV was not up to par and caught them in numerous lies; they got in their golf cart and drove off. My father had just had back surgery and has high blood pressure, and with the heat, it was not a great combination for him to walk back. The owner, Lee, didn't have a problem with his salesperson, Keith Kittle, and sales manager, Jeff, lying and abandoning potential buyers. We will never recommend this place to anyone and will continue to caution people that this is not a place to take your business!!! The only reason I rated this place 1/5 was because it doesn't have a negative system.
