Adorable Pets Salon

Have taken my 3 dogs to them for the past five years and had no complaints until recently. The last three times I took them, the smallest dog was cut twice behind her ears the first two times and the older dog had a bad cut in the juncture of her leg and body and had to have antibiotics to get it to heal. I was never told when I picked them up about the cuts and when called Raegan was apologetic and said she was not aware of it. I understand accidents happened, but it's become common place and they do not even mention it when you leave. I will not be taking my pets back to them. Be warned, check you pets when you pick them up.

My standard poodle not only got a hair cut, he went in and was treated like a guest of honor. I love him, but he can be obnoxious sometimes. They took it with understanding and in spite of all the craziness. Felix looks great. He is always excited to go there and loves Raegan, Leann, Tiffany, and Katelynn. Not only a groomer, a home away from home for Felix. Bring him there at least once a month. Five stars!!!!!!

However, the last time I took them, The groomer sliced my dog across the chest, neck and down below his leg. When we discovered that he had been cut so severely, I called to tell the owner about it. The owner was out on maternity leave so I spoke with her husband. He denied any culpability and any knowledge of our dog being cut. He treated me as if I was trying to get money out of him or like he thought I was going to sue him. He was rude to me. I was not seeking retribution or the cost of grooming or my very expensive vet bill (my dog got staph infection that spread all over his skin),. I was only trying to make him aware that one of his groomers had been careless and unethical for not making us aware that our dog had been cut.



This is a warning, they use inexperienced people to groom your pet. My dog got very sick after this visit. Please excercize caution when considering this groomer. I am disgusted with this business.

Groomer sliced my dogs ear and didn't even tell me about it. Vet visit made it alot more expensive of a grooming visit. I'll happily make the longer drive then ever come back.

Has got to be one of the best and most affordable pet grooming/boarding salons in the Middle Georgia Area. They always take EXCELLENT care of my animals. When I pick my dogs up from grooming or being boarded they always are so happy and never want to leave the staff!!! Super clean and always smell great.

Always the best service and more importantly, my dog loves them!

I use them all the time, they are friendly and take great care to make sure your fur baby is in a safe and loving environment. The prices you can not beat and the staff treat you like family. I actually think my Lucky enjoys visiting there since when we mention that he is going to go there he always seems to wag his tail a bit faster.

This is not a place I will ever take my dogs to again. In the short time I was there (both dropping off and picking up my own 2 dogs) I witnessed a woman yelling at, jerking around and even striking some of the dogs. I was told that this woman was the owner. I am simply apalled by her actions. These dogs are scared when they go into places like this, and I think I now know why.
