We have attentive and knowledgeable staff, a variety of workout equipment including free weights, treadmills and elliptical machines with Cardio Theatre, and a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. We offer personal training, diet consulations, child care & babysitting.We've expanded our aerobics area so we can offer aerobic classes that inspire you to get the results you came for! Body Pump, Ab Attack, and Cardio Combo classes are scheduled each week!We have a Smoothie Bar inside our gym where we make delicious meal replacement or weight gainer protein shakes from scratch while you recover. A liquid meal will digest quicker than a solid meal, and for best results should be consumed within 30 minutes of completing your workout.

        The personnel are fairly nice and the gear seemed to be in decent shape. The place hadn't be truly cleaned in a while - dust bunnies on the walls and a couple fans looked like something out of a horror show. The real issue is the management. No one could give accurate answers on membership costs and repeated calls to talk to a manager went unanswered or unreturned, no doubt they are looking for that illusive cleaning bucket. My hope is that they handle current customers better than they do the prospective ones.
