The management has closed the weight room down several times under the pretext of doing the maintenance. However, all they have done is move the broken equipment around without actually fixing it and paint the walls once. Although the administration claims to have repaired the weight room, as of now, half of the weights of the weight station are missing, the stationary bikes are either broken or not functioning as they are supposed to, and the safety pins on the treadmills are also broken. The weight room as well as other facilities of this apartment complex has been neglected for about 4 years since the new administration took over.
