        Overall

        I made a reservation for a client and paid for it by credit card. I explained that the client would not have a credit card with her and that any subsequent charges should be billed to the credit card on file. The client went to check in and they would not let her because she did not have a credit card and sent her and her two children away. They had a two hundred mile drive back home
