        Personell is very nice, howeve...

        Personell is very nice, however, BUYER BEWARE....If you have the misfortune to get a bad mattress, you will have to spend another $75 to get it rectified. Not good on customer service. After a month, our "mid-grade" Serta mattress had a 2 1/2" sink in the center of the mattress. Will have to spend another $75 to "get their opinion." No more biz for them from this household!
