Milio's Sandwiches

Awful service. I used the Milio's website to find a store near me. It told me the closest shop and brought up their menu. I clicked online delivery and placed my order. It said if I did not receive a confirmation call within 15 minutes to call. After about a half hour I called to find out if my order was on the way. The girl on the phone told me some put my order in the "already done pile." She continued to look over my order and proceeds to tell me they don't deliver that far... Why the website does not tell you that is beyond me. They should notify you that they only deliver within "so many miles" instead of placing your order no matter where you live. No where on the website did I see a notification about distance they deliver. Then if for some reason an order that is out of the way comes in, they should call immediately and let the customer know so that they aren't sitting around, hungry, for 15 minutes thinking their order is being made. Not exactly customer friendly...
