        Overall

        Went in the evening, and waited about 45 minutes to be seen for help at this store location. Maybe it was just an off time. Finally guy who helped me did not know how complete task and needed manager assistance. But also manager on duty was speaking on phone about another person's issue and accidentally gave my phone number. I understand its good to give personalized attention to every customer but they could have acknowledged me while I was sitting there for 45 minutes. Weird overall experience.
