Sleepmed Therapy

I had a good experience in the sleep lab except it was about 50degrees and I had to keep asking for blankets. My new mask was horrible and made pressure sores on my head and nose. I told the thereapist about it a couple of times and she kept saying to keep trying it. When I insisted I get a new mask she said it was too late. One is supposed to be able to get a second mask within 30 days, but I feel they don't want to spend the money on that. I have had trouble being compliant and now I am not sure if my insurance will pay for the equipment. Also they were suppsed to call me two weeks ago to come in, and no one called, and now I am having trouble reaching them.I would never recommend them to my worst enemy let alone my best friend.
