Terrible business! Paid more than $10,000 to have a new heat pump system installed. System was supposed to be installed by the beginning of Dec 2015. They first installed the wrong brand, then installed the wrong system, then installed that system incorrectly (I had to call them out 3 times to fix it). I ended up getting bronchitis in the process of having no heat for 2 months. The system they installed is still not the right system and now they are trying to skirt the blame on the employee but not the company without fixing or taking any real responsibility for their continued mistakes.

I called another HVAC company to tell me the system they installed is about $2500 cheaper than the one I wanted (and paid for)! However, this company is trying to tell me it is only a $600 difference and that they really don't even have to pay that! Sketchy people, sketchy company. Run far away!!!
