As a person who has been completely taken advantage of in the past by other computer service people, I would like to absolutely endorse Empire Computer. Norman, the Owner, is friendly and superknowledgeable, and has been in business a lo-ong time. He took me from panic mode (omg, helphelphelp, I'm going to lose everything and I don't have a backup) to the calm sea of relief (you mean I can actually TRUST you, you'll get me fixed up and you won't even soak me for too much money??). This is the second time I have used Empire (once for a laptop, once for a desktop), and this is my new place, People. He knows his stuff and he's a good guy. Do not hesitate to give Empire a try. You will not be sorry. I certainly wasn't.
